Work History: Professor Proulx has been a regular Faculty member, founded the Office of Planning of the Institution, was the first Director and served as an assistant and consultant for institutional planning and strategic intelligence to four Presidents and to various Vice Presidents.
Published Works: Professor Proulx has written eight books as author and co-author, numerous articles, papers and reports regarding planning, evaluation, performance indicators, benchmarking and strategic intelligence. He lectures internationally.
Career Accomplishments: What Professor Proulx feels separates him from other professionals in his industry is that he has been able to integrate university research and field work, always trying to have his research as a university scholar inspire and lead his action as a field worker and consultant and at the same time have the actions question the concepts. Professor Proulx feels that the most outstanding career action has been always trying, as a teacher and consultant, to not only raise questions and suggest answers, but mostly to facilitate, accompany and monitor the learning or planning process. He is currently working on world university evaluation and ranking in a global environment and intends to publish more books.
