Work History: | Dr. Hill taught in the Family Practice Preceptorship at Glen Cove Hospital where he developed practice management protocols including clinical and managerial guidelines which improved the quality and continuity of care. As a physician/staff liaison, he increased communication, productivity and efficiency. Dr. Hill was chosen by the Chief of Interventional Radiology to consult with and treat candidates for uterine artery embolization. He was selected to assist the Chief Research Officer in a phase 3 clinical trial to evaluate VIAGRA use for women in the treatment of sexual dysfunction. He also served as a Research Assistant for regression studies in atherosclerosis at New York Hospital/Cornell University. He was Designated Director, Dept. of OB/GYN, Glen Cove Hospital for 5 years where he led staff meetings, maintained quality assurance records and collaborated with hospital administration. He also helped to revise the hospital's Policy and Procedure Manual. |
